Some individuals and organizations decide not to follow the standard procedure of paying their share of taxes to the government. When this is carried out by a person or firm then they are committing a criminal act as laid down by the law in America. The act of flaunting the rules and laws institutionalized for the proper functioning of the government is considered a serious offence. Normally, when this type of crime is committed, it is by people that have no previous record with the police or authorities.
